When referring patients, please provide copies of relevant investigation results and/or details of which Pathology laboratory or radiology practice performed tests so clinical urgency can be easily assessed.
Referrals should include patient contact information including email, Medicare number and Private Health Fund details. Healthlink is our preferred method of receiving referrals, our Healthlink address is westurol
This practice does not bulk bill and we do not perform procedures in public hospitals. We suggest you discuss referral options with your patient if they are uninsured as a referral through the public system may be more appropriate for them.
